Sports
Project Name: NoobFeed
Client: NoobFeed, United States
NoobFeed is a dynamic sports platform providing news, updates, and analysis across multiple sports disciplines. With increasing competition in the sports content niche, NoobFeed wanted to enhance its online visibility, boost user engagement, and strengthen domain authority to outperform competitors. The client partnered with us to implement a structured SEO strategy aimed at long-term organic growth.
The primary objectives of this SEO project were:
Increase Organic Traffic: Drive more relevant users to the website from search engines.
Enhance Visibility: Improve impressions and clicks through better SERP rankings.
Build Authority: Increase domain authority (DA) and page authority (PA) through high-quality backlinks and optimization.
Optimize Content: Ensure existing and new content ranks well for target keywords.
Reduce Spam Score: Improve credibility by reducing spam signals on the site.
Leverage Advanced SEO Techniques: Implement AI Optimization (AIO), GEO-targeting, and E-E-A-T practices.
Before the project, NoobFeed faced several challenges:
Crawling Issues: Some pages were not being properly indexed by search engines, reducing potential visibility.
High Spam Score: The site’s spam score, though low, was affecting authority perception.
Underperforming Content: Many older articles were not ranking or generating traffic.
Limited Backlink Portfolio: The website lacked high-quality backlinks needed to compete in the sports niche.
Inconsistent Blogging: Irregular content publishing made it difficult to maintain steady traffic growth.
To tackle these challenges, we implemented a comprehensive SEO plan combining technical, on-page, and off-page strategies.
We started with a full technical audit of the website. Issues like broken links, slow page speeds, and improper redirects were identified and resolved. Ensuring proper site architecture and indexability allowed search engines to crawl all important pages efficiently.
Our team analyzed the website for spam signals, such as low-quality backlinks and over-optimized anchor text. By disavowing toxic backlinks and refining link-building practices, the spam score was reduced by 70%, significantly improving the domain’s trustworthiness.
We conducted an extensive keyword research analysis to identify high-volume and relevant search terms. Existing content was updated with these targeted keywords, optimizing meta titles, descriptions, headers, and internal linking structure. This made content more SEO-friendly and improved ranking potential.
To maintain consistent growth, 8–10 blog posts were published monthly, focusing on trending sports topics and high-volume keywords. Each post was optimized for SEO while ensuring readability and engagement, which helped attract a steady stream of organic traffic.
We identified relevant, high-authority websites in the sports niche and secured guest posting opportunities. In addition, a combination of high-quality profile backlinks and Web 2.0 backlinks was created to enhance the website’s authority.
Low-performing content was thoroughly analyzed. Articles were rewritten, expanded, or combined, and keywords were integrated to boost their search performance. This ensured that the entire content portfolio contributed effectively to organic traffic.
Using AI-driven tools, we optimized content for semantic relevance, user intent, and engagement metrics. GEO-targeting strategies were implemented to ensure local sports content reached the right audience, improving user interaction and search relevance.
To meet Google’s E-E-A-T standards, all content was audited for credibility. Author bios were added, references were cited, and internal/external linking practices were improved. This elevated the site’s trustworthiness in the sports domain.

Improvements in content strategy, technical SEO, and keyword optimization resulted in substantial gains on Google Search Console:
Impressions: Increased by 207.08%
Clicks: Increased by 207.69%
CTR (Click-Through Rate): Improved due to optimized meta titles and descriptions
Top Performing Keywords: Several previously low-ranking keywords now appear on the first page of Google
These results demonstrate the direct impact of strategic SEO efforts on search visibility and user engagement.

As a result of our backlink building, content optimization, and E-E-A-T strategies:
Domain Authority (DA): Increased from previous 50 to 62
Page Authority (PA): Increased from previous 45 to 52
The significant increase in DA and PA reflects improved website authority and credibility in the sports niche, making it more competitive in search engine rankings.
Holistic SEO Approach Works Best: Addressing technical, on-page, and off-page factors together yields the best results.
Content is King, But Optimization is Key: Publishing quality content is important, but strategic optimization ensures it reaches the target audience.
Backlinks and Authority Matter: High-quality backlinks significantly boost DA and PA, improving overall search visibility.
AIO and E-E-A-T Are Game Changers: Leveraging AI and building trust signals enhances SERP performance and user confidence.
Regular Audits Keep You Ahead: Continuous analysis and optimization of old content help maintain long-term SEO success.
